Mechanic

The WOMAtec retrofit includes a complete mechanical overhaul of the machine, which is completely dismantled down to the base frame and then rebuilt and painted. The WOMAtec retrofit doubles the lifetime of the machine, saves money and resources! This is sustainability in practice.

Pneumatic

Tubes, cylinders and sensors are completely renewed. All pneumatic components are supplied by FESTO. If there is mounted a modern valve terminal, it's electronically connected to the control system. Of course new pneumatic and electrical circuit diagrams are created.

Electronic

The old electrical system is completely removed and renewed. When rebuilding, we pay attention to a high availability of spare parts and longevity of the components. The operation should be clear and intuitive, based on the previous familiar operating concept. Since planning, programming, wiring and control cabinet construction is carried out in-house, we can flexibly adapt to your wishes.

Safety

Housings, light bars, limit switches and of course emergency stop are completely renewed in accordance to the latest safety standards.

Comfort

Thanks to the modern drive technology and large connections for the suction, the operator is only exposed to extremely low dust and noise emissions. Additional devices such as an automatic feeder, drilling machine or electronic central lubrication ensure greater efficiency and trouble-free operation.
