Transfer

Thanks to an ingenious system, the winder and the machine are connected so that the strip brush is always held in tension and wound tightly.

Carriages & Guides

The solid carriages run in high-performance bearings on precisely processed linear guides. Cables are protected by a flexible channel. The roller core is held by two high-quality 3-jaw chucks.

Drive & Controls

The compact connectors link strip brush machine and winder quickly and securely. Since the winder has its own independent controller, it can be used on several WOMAtec strip brush machines. The winding speed is infinitely variable both on the strip brush machine and on the winder via potentiometer. Winding grade and direction of the winding are freely adjustable. The powerful gear motor works evenly and reliably even under heavy load. Limit switches, covers and emergency stop ensure maximum safety.

Machine Frame

Like all WOMAtec machines, the solid welded steel frame stands on height-adjustable buffer feet.

Finish

The trimmer brings the roller brush perfectly in shape. Special aggregates are used for reliable shearing of abrasive filaments or wire. The blades can be readjusted and removed for sharpening in a few simple steps.
